Scope of Work
This package includes a subscription (Premium 10) to Xero paid for by First Class Accounts Campbelltown.
This package includes a subscription to Hubdoc or Receipt Bank to automate data into your file paid for by First Class Accounts Campbelltown.
We can help you get set up with Xero if you need it.
If you already have a subscription, you agree to invite First Class Accounts Campbelltown as your bookkeeping firm to provide us, and any employees we may have authorised, access to your company data.
You will have unlimited technical support from our staff.
We endeavour to reply to your enquiries within 24 hours.
Our internet-based support system is generally available from our client portal seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
You will be provided with phone support during our AEST business hours.
Monthly Quality Assurance Review
We will be reviewing your accounting file on a regular basis (at least once a month) and advise you on any abnormalities that we come across or any areas of improvement that we notice.
Our team will manage your bank, credit card and business loan reconciliations up to
transactions per month (averaged over 3 months) and let you know if there is anything we need help allocating.
We will maintain data feeds into your Xero file.
We will show you how easy it is to manage your Quotes, Draft Invoices and Invoices in Xero so that you can send out beautiful invoices to your clients at any time of day.
Debtor management is not included.
Supplier invoices and receipts are imported into Xero via Hubdoc or Receipt Bank.
Invoice details are checked and allocated to the appropriate account code approved Awaiting Payment.
Payroll processing for up to
employee is included.
We will provide your employees with access to an Employee Portal within your Xero so that they can log leave and enter timesheets.
We’ll send a draft pay run to a nominated person in your business to approve before the pay run is finalised.
If you have more in your team, then we can include this via our Payroll add-on.
We will monitor employee entitlements.
We will lodge Tax File Number declarations (if applicable).
We will advise you of your superannuation obligations and remind you of the due dates, but you’ll need to lodge it and pay it.
We will reconcile End of Year wages.
We will report, lodge and send employee payment summaries.
We will roll over payroll year (if applicable).
Your monthly First Class Accounts Reporting Pack includes:
Profit & Loss
Payroll Summary (if applicable)
We will review and run reports for the monthly/quarterly/annual BAS.
We will reconcile/cross reference relevant accounts for the BAS.
We will email reports and declarations to a nominated person.
We will lodge BAS upon receipt of authority from a nominated person.
We will perform a yearly GST reconciliation and relevant BAS adjustments.
We will collaborate with your tax accountant throughout the year.
You agree to appoint First Class Accounts as your BAS Agent (Agent #2087 4002) in order to perform these tasks.
End of Year
We will review end of year reports.
We will provide your tax accountant with information as required for year end.
We will liaise with your tax accountant as to any End of Year journals or adjustments.
We will ensure essential and required business records are maintained and stored for the financial year.
If applicable, we will roll file over to new financial year.
