- Maintaining business bank accounts updated weekly.
- Maintaining credit card accounts updated weekly.
- Payroll entry and quarterly reconciliation of payroll totals against Quarterly Tax Fillings.
- Sales tax preparation and filing monthly.
- Review and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts including, fixed assets, investments, short term loans, long term loans and equity accounts.
- Preparation of monthly performance reports.
- Acting as CPA liaison for tax related matters.
