help you get setup with one if you need it. We’ll also need “view
only” access to your Internet Banking because part of our Quality
Assurance Review involves checking that the bank balance in your
accounting software agrees to the bank balance in your account each
month! We recommend that you get a Receipt Bank subscription, but
this is not essential.

Monthly Quality Assurance Review
We will be reviewing your accounting file on a regular basis (at
least once a month) and advise you on any abnormalities that we
come across or any areas of improvement that we notice. If you use
a software outside of Xero for sales, like POS or CRM, then we will
reconcile this to your Xero sales figures each month to ensure
everything is on track.
We will reconcile your bank accounts and credit card transactions.
This means we may ask you occasionally about any transactions that
we see for the first time so that we allocate them correctly.
We will show you how easy it is to manage your Quotes, Draft
Invoices and Invoices in this software so that you can send out
beautiful invoices to your clients at any time of day.
We’ll get you setup with a Receipt Bank subscription so that you
can upload, code and push them across to Xero in a matter of
moments. If you haven’t used Receipt Bank before, you are going to
Payroll processing for up to 20 employees is included. We will
provide your employees with access to an Employee Portal within
your accounting software so that they can log leave, enter
timesheets. We’ll send a draft payrun to a nominated person in your
business to approve before the payrun is finalised. If you have
more in your team, then we can include this via our Payroll
We will advise you of your superannuation obligations and remind
you of the due dates, but you’ll need to lodge it and pay it.

A quarterly meeting (up to 1 hour) to discuss your accounts at our
office or over the phone.
Quarterly BAS Preparation and online Lodgement
Collaboration with your tax accountant throughout the year
We will be appointed as your ASIC Agent and manage up to 3
entities. Additional entities can be added for $20 per entity per
month. We will advise ASIC of any basic updates throughout the year
(address, Director details, shareholdings, etc). We will manage the
annual ASIC statement and facilitate its on-time lodgement. Payment
of the annual ASIC fee is payable by you directly to ASIC.
